Retail Leasing Administrator
Our client seeks to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Retail Leasing Administrator. Responsible for all aspects of retail leasing including:
- Accurate completion of information and paperwork for tenants
- Drafting all related documents and ensuring compliance
- Ensuring pre-leasing/leasing paperwork is completed and correct
- Tracking paperwork and submitting within allotted timeframes
- FICA document compliance
- Ensuring deposits, fees and payments are made timeously
- Administration of renewals
Minimum Requirements:
Must have a relevant degree/diploma and at least 5 years direct experience in a similar position as well as an SACSC Certificate, be registered as well as hold an active FFC (Fidelity Fund Certificate). A valid driver’s license is required.
