Job purpose:
Maintain and grow the company’s existing relationships with a portfolio of clients through building collaborative relationships, driving customer retention & upselling to existing customers so that clients continue to engage with Globaltrack in a sustainable and positive manner.
Minimum Qualifications:
Matric with tertiary degree/diploma, previous experience in Customer Service & proven working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Key Requirements:
- Ensure the smooth operation of our range of products across all customers in the KZN region.
- Conduct needs analysis, provide training, and upskill our clients.
- Understand each customer's unique needs, how their business operates, and how our solutions can add value to their operations.
- Analyze customer queries and data to identify underlying trends and resolve issues promptly.
- Manage the relationship with the client/s at Junior, Mid, Senior, and Executive levels.
- Engage with in-house Software Developers and external customers to identify and meet current (business as usual) data needs.
- Travel from time to time as and when required.
Key skills:
- High computer literacy, understanding, and proficiency.
- Detailed data analysis and proficient in Excel.
- Excellent communication and negotiation ability.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to close off.
- Ability to work independently.
- Knowledge of Power BI (advantageous).
- Able to consistently work under pressure and meet deadlines.
