DUTIES: Administrative work: - Completing paperwork, documentation, and administration
Client liaison: - Communicating with clients, bankers, agents, and other relevant parties
Managing deadlines: - Ensuring timely completion of conveyancing tasks
Document preparation: - Drawing up and checking contracts, settlement statements, mortgage offers, and other legal documents
Keeping clients up to date: - Monitoring progress and updating clients' files
Managing expectations: - Managing expectations and keeping clients informed
Raising invoices and payment vouchers: - Raising payment vouchers and invoices and following up on collection
Supporting with searches: - Supporting with carrying out conveyancing searches
HOURS: - Monday to Thursday: 8:00 - 16:30
- Friday: 8:00 16:00
