Job Specification:
The Junior Sales Representative isa direct sales opportunity, and the Rep will be responsible for promoting and selling our financial services/products to customers in retail environments. This entry-level role is designed for individuals who are enthusiastic about starting a career in sales and are eager to learn and grow within the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Acquiring new customers by directly approaching them in-store and pitching our financial services and products.
- Identify possible leads by submitting applications for prospective consumers.
Sales Support:
- Constructing sales pitches and presenting the products and services provided to consumers.
- Follow up with prospects and clients to address inquiries, assist with administrative queries relating to these services and products provided, and close deals.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Address client concerns and provide solutions to ensure a positive experience.
Sales Reporting and Administration:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance.
Working Conditions:
Hours: 08:00 - 17:00, Monday - Saturday
Environment: On-site, In-store
Travel: Traveling opportunities are available for top performers.
Candidate Requirements
- Must have a clear criminal record
- Must have passed Matric.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field is advantageous but NOT REQUIRED.
