Purpose of the role: To provide vital support to the regional Sales Representatives and manage sales transactions in the region. Criteria: Matric or equivalent qualification Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal skills Excellent telephone etiquette and skills High level of computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office Sage / Evo / Sales Software background Knowledge of Docuware and Skynamo (advantageous) Experience with warehouse management systems (preferred) Strong multitasking abilities and workload prioritisation skills Be a proactive team player with an energetic and warm personality Customer-centric approach Key Responsibilities: Support Sales Representatives by managing regional sales transactions Provide daily administrative support, including customer relations Process orders through online sales platforms (experience with portal sales is beneficial) Utilise Sage/Evo for order and transaction management Efficiently manage Microsoft Office tasks, especially in Excel and Outlook Ensure friendly, professional, and responsive service to all customer inquiries Only candidates residing within a close commuting distance of Macassar will be considered for this position.
