A highly skilled Head Chef is required for a luxury lodge. The role involves leading a kitchen team, managing operations, and ensuring high-quality meals are served.
Key Responsibilities
- Accommodation: Live-in position with single, partially furnished accommodation on-site
- Meals: Meals provided while on duty
- Additional Benefits: Laundry services and Wi-Fi access
- Stock Management: Conduct weekly stock takes and monitor stock levels
- Menu Planning & Development: Design menus reflecting seasonal availability and guest preferences
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the kitchen team
- Quality Control: Ensure dishes are prepared to the highest standard
- Health and Safety Compliance: Maintain health, hygiene, and safety standards
- Guest Interaction: Engage with guests to receive feedback and adjust offerings as needed
