Game Lodge in the Modimolle area is looking for a Head Chef. The Head Chef, under the guidance of the General Manager and F&B Manager, provides the highest food quality consistent with cost control and profitability margins of the Lodge’s kitchen to maximise guest satisfaction and food profitability. Ensure that all work is carried out in line with the lodge’s guidelines, the departmental business plan, and the Group’s guidelines, and service concepts.
Requirements:
- Must have previous experience in a 4* / 5* Lodge / Hotel environment.
- Be able to handle large volume of orders and events. Sometimes more than 2 large events at the same time while having more than one outlet operating. At least 2 – 4 Years experience in a similar role or as a Senior Sous Chef with a reputable track record.
