We are seeking a qualified accountant to join our team in Lesotho. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 5 years of relevant experience and a valid accounting qualification. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our financial operations and support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and analyse financial statements and reports. Ensure compliance with local regulations and accounting standards. Manage accounts payable and receivable processes. Conduct budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Support internal and external audits as needed. Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (valid accounting qualification required). 4 to 5 years of relevant accounting experience. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
