Franchise Restaurant based in Knysna is looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant, ensuring efficient workflow, exceptional customer service, and adherence to company standards.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the branch, including but not limited to staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and food safety standards always maintained.
- Recruit, train, and motivate staff members to deliver high-quality service and maintain a positive work environment.
- Manage inventory levels and orders to prevent shortages and minimize waste.
- Monitor and analyse sales and financial reports to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase profitability.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
- Implement marketing initiatives and promotional activities to attract new customers and enhance brand awareness.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health regulations and company guidelines.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement among staff members.
Requirements:
- Previous experience managing a fast-food franchise or restaurant is essential.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- KFC Management Certification
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in inventory management and cost control techniques.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
