Purpose of the position: The incumbent will be tasked to provide Monitoring & Evaluation support within the Strategy & Governance unit. Requirements: Degree, Certificate or Diploma in Monitoring & Evaluation, Public Policy/Administration, Statistics or similar At least one year working experience in Monitoring & Evaluation, Public Policy/Administration, Statistics or similar Exposure to performance management Fully conversant in Microsoft Office Key Competences: Strong attention to detail and meticulous organisation skills Analytical and detail-oriented High level written and verbal communication skills Sound interpersonal relations and customer service orientation Strong ability to multi-task and prioritise work Ability to exercise discretion in dealing with confidential or sensitive matters Passion for coordinating and managing projects Problem solving skills Ability to take initiative and work independently Duties: Provide first line coordination of reports and evidence Maintain accurate and complete records Provide verification of evidence and reporting Coordinate information to support internal and external audit processes Assist in resolution of legislative queries Provide research support to the team Administrative support Please Submit CV's to erikaimmploy.com
