RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist the Senior Site Manager in all aspects of the construction project, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other project stakeholders
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work is being completed according to plans and specifications
- Review and approve work orders, change orders, and purchase orders
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, daily logs, and site photos
- Manage and track project budget, expenses, and timelines
- Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Mentor and train junior staff members, including site engineers and assistants
- Ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in construction management or related field
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
SKILLS
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
- Proficient in project management software and MS Office
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
