We act for a leading manufacturing company in the Pietermaritzburg area, currently seeking a dedicated Process Technician to carry out processes, process monitoring and evaluation- ensuring that the correct specification and procedures are followed.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma in Rubber Technology/Polymer Technology.
- 1+ experience in rubber production industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sampling and assessing products for quality standards, accurately recording findings.
- Audit material weighing and checking if description of the material
- Controlling of non-conformances.
- Responsible for rework instruction to be followed and give feedback to the technical team.
- Supervising production run, ensuring loading sequence is adhered to, checking if all chemicals are weighed as per formulation.
