Job Title: Remote Property Manager
Location: South Africa (Remote)
Location of Properties in the UK: Leicester, Maidenhead, Windsor, Derbyshire, South Wales, Northeast
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Schedule: Mon-Fri 9am - 6pm, Sat 9am- 2pm (rotational) (open to discussing)
Salary: R15,000 - R25,000 (This is experience dependent)
A UK-based property management company is looking for a highly skilled Property Manager to join their team. This exciting opportunity allows you to work remotely from South Africa, managing a diverse portfolio of properties across the UK and supporting the end-to-end property management and lettings process.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full tenant lifecycle, including referencing, tenancy agreements, check-ins/check-outs, and rent collection.
- Handle tenant queries, repairs, and compliance to ensure seamless property management.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance tasks and liaise with suppliers and property managing agents.
- Support property viewings and inspections, assisting clients in buying, selling, and tenanting properties.
- Develop and execute the Sales & Marketing Strategy, managing property listings and marketing materials.
- Maintain up-to-date customer records in CRM systems and other tools.
- Drive continuous improvement in business processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Must-Have Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Excel, CRM systems, SharePoint, and WhatsApp.
- Property lettings and management experience; HMO management is a plus.
