HGV drivers required to deliver skips within Edinburgh and surrounding areas.
Candidates are expected to provide a safe, reliable and effective delivery and collection service of our skips, whilst maintaining a good relationship with our customers.
Candidates should possess a Class 2 Licence and valid CPC.
Experience of driving chain lift skip vehicle is essential.
_Duties/Requirements:_
* Inspecting vehicle before and after use; logging inspection; reporting requirements.
* Driving and operating a chain lift skip vehicle and other vehicles if required.
* Maintaining safe vehicle conditions and protects load by complying with company policies and procedures and highway rules and regulations.
* Delivery and collection of skip containers to public and trade customers..
_Required licence or certification:_
* Class 2 Licence (minimum)
* Must hold valid CPC
* Clean driving licence is preferable
* Digital Tachograph Card
Salary is £14 per hour with time and a half for overtime. There is a rota in place for Saturdays.
