We are home to two world-class Companies:The Royal Ballet and The Royal Opera.As a charity, we could not maintain our reputation, the range of our work, or our digital presence, without the support of our business partners, sponsors, philanthropists and members.We are seeking to recruit a Research Officer to provide quality fundraising research, managing donor and prospect information and utilizing research tools to contribute to the productivity and efficiency of the fundraising function.The ideal candidate will be an individual with good communications skills and high attention to detail and accuracy. They will also be a strong team player, able to evidence or have transferrable skills in the following: Experience of prospect research methodologies and prospect management processes Experience of relational databases and online search tools with ability to learn new tools and methods An ability to identify key points from multiple sources and large amounts of information and present findings in a clear and concise written form Ability to produce high quality reports and profiles with a keen eye for detail and very meticulous in all operations Experience of handling sensitive information confidentially and with discretion, especially relating to high profile individuals Good workflow planning skills and capacity to manage a busy workload with high productivityThe Royal Ballet and Opera is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment in which everyone can thrive.
