As a charity, we could not maintain our reputation, the range of our work, or our digital presence, without the support of our business partners, sponsors, philanthropists and members.Following an internal promotion, we are in the position to recruit an Events Administrator to join our busy events team, working across both commercial venue hire and fundraising events. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and organised administrator who is interested in developing their career in Events and learning from a dynamic and experienced team in a world class venue.The ideal candidate will be a well organised and methodical individual, who can take direction and learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. They will also be a proactive team player, able to evidence or have transferable skills in the following: Relevant experience in administration or office experience in a highly professional setting The ability to prioritise and respond to changing demands, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Good documentation preparation skills and clear and concise writing style Highly proficient Microsoft Office user, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and database skillsWe value what diversity of thought can bring to our organisation.
