Our Covent Garden theatre has been at the heart of London and British cultural life for three centuries. We are home to two world-class Companies: The Royal Ballet and The Royal Opera.Our Technology team service a broad range of requirements across all departments of the organisation supporting business-critical systems, from customer facing and marketing to scheduling and finance. We are now looking for a Business Analyst work to priorities set by IT Director and Head of Transformation on some vital change projects as part of a PMO-style team. You will work on an exciting program of work focused on reframing how we engage our customers. This role will be working collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders around the organisation and as such requires strong levels of communication & the ability to translate technical ideas to everyday language. In this role, you will deliver analysis of business requirements, process mapping and solution design, using a range of tools and methodologies.The ideal candidate will be an experienced team player, who can maintain positive relations with a range of stakeholders and confidently communicate business and technical updates. They will also be able to demonstrate: Business analysis experience to identify user and stakeholder needs and define appropriate options/solutions Experience in communicating concepts and ideas to stakeholders at all levels, including oral and written presentations, proposals, technical specifications, and reports The ability to communicate and engage with a broad range of stakeholders, working successfully with cross discipline teams The ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis Evidence of problem solving and providing effective creative solutions Good project planning and delivery skills, with an understanding of how to flex to changing priorities and business needsA good understanding of and interest in technology and how it can improve both customer engagement and working efficiencies will be highly regarded.The Royal Ballet and Opera is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment in which everyone can thrive.
