Your main focus will be to own and drive a culture ofsafety and uphold quality and shift performance standards. You’ll also overseeprocess improvements within your area and drive implementation. A typical dayis varied, including everything from routine team management and dailyoperational responsibilities to process improvement and wide-scale operationalcontingency tasks. TAP mission is to provide a safe,sustainable, profitable, and best in class transport operations that supportsAmazon’s growth, and to offer AA a new career opportunity. ### BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Hold a Transport Managers Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC)National and International - A Degree - Relevant experience in leading a busy and large-scale transport operationwithin a growing and rapidly scaling business - Experience of people management and data-driven decision making - Experience with performance metrics and process improvement - Experience dealing with ambiguity, working under pressure and handlingchanging priorities, to effectively prioritize and multitask - Relevant experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders,including your peers and leadership - Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English ### PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS• Masters Degree in Operations Research, Transportation, Logistics, SupplyChain, Economics, Business Administration, or a similar related discipline • Experience with a contingent workforce during peak seasons • Experience of being named on an Operators Licence within the Transportindustry Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
