Key job responsibilities - Monitor site performance against set KPIs and create plans to improveprocesses - Set up workplace health and safety programmes and arrange training sessions - Analyse safety metrics and incident trends to help colleagues planappropriate resources for areas with the highest risk - Carry out audits to make sure your site is compliant with relevant healthand safety laws and implement solutions where you identify risks A day in the life You’ll be based on location at one of our sites, which could be one of ourfulfilment centres, sortation centres or delivery stations. Being on sitemeans that you can keep a close eye on the processes. As well as helping usstay on top of health and safety compliance, you’ll spot potential issues andidentify opportunities for improvement. That means working closely with peopleacross the business to get to know the risks they experience and gatheringdata to identify smarter and safer ways that we can work. You’ll also set uptraining and other programmes to help everyone follow new safety processes andreach new standards. About the team Customer Fulfilment, or CF, is where it all started for Amazon. We help to manage dynamic inventory andfacilitate speedy deliveries round the clock. Lots of different people work in our Fulfilment Centres, so there are plentyof opportunities for every skillset. Some of us work with physical products,while others analyse data to help everyone across the business make smartdecisions. ### BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Experience in workplace health & safety (WHS) related field - Education to Degree level - NEBOSH DiplomaNVQ5 level or equivalent qualification - Understanding of UK Environment, health and safety legislation - Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English ### PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience with Lean, 5S and Kaizen methodologies - Relevant experience of communicating with a wide range of stakeholders,including your peers and leadership - Strong stakeholder management capabilities Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
