the role
as a sous chef you will support the head chef in the running of the kitchen,. this is a hands on role and you will ensure everything goes smooth in the kitchen. you will ensure the sections are set up for service, cook in service and run the pass if the head chef is off. this rolewill include all the standard sous chef duties.
