As a Clinical Lead, you will:
- Lead and support the nursing team to maintain high standards of clinical care.
- Ensure residents receive the best care through excellent nursing and clinical practices.
- Work closely with management to contribute to clinical delivery.

- Promote best nursing practices and mentor team members.

- NMC registration with relevant post-registration experience.
