*HGV 7.5t Driver*
24-7 Recruitment Services are recruiting 7.5t drivers for a client based in Kettering (NN14 1UB).
This will be an ongoing opportunity.
Available shifts are:
- any 5 on, 3 off rolling shift pattern
- 5 on, 2 off shift pattern (fixed Sun-Thur or Tue – Sat)
*HGV 7.5t Driver work will involve:*
This is a home delivery role which would involve the delivery of items up to and including 79kg as part of a 2 person crew.
A typical day would consist of between 35 and 45 deliveries to customer homes / premises spanning an 11 hour period (typical finish times are around 16:00 to 17:00)
Due to the nature of the role the candidate(s) would be required to be in good health and able to carry out manual handling tasks without issue.
*HGV 7.5t Driver pay rates are:*
Basic rate *£14.23ph*
OT rate after 48 weekly hours *£21.35ph*
*HGV 7.5t Driver required:*
* Hold valid category C License
* No more than 3 points (No DD's, DR's, TT's or IN's)
* Hold valid Tacho and CPC cards
* Pass 1 day assessment (unpaid)
* Attend 2 day induction (paid)
