Accounts Assistant
Excellent opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join a well-established but constantly growing business in Flintshire/Cheshire.
This position would suit an individual with all round knowledge and experience in accounts, purchase / sales ledger /WIP reporting and ideally have their AAT qualification or an equivalent accountancy qualification.
Key skills & qualifications:
- Sage Line 50 accounting experience
- Management accounts
- Sage Payroll
- AAT Foundation Level 2
- AAT Level 3
- Understanding of P&L & Balance sheet
- Self-starter and organised
- WIP reporting/management
- Positive, proactive, and dynamic solution solver
- Strong Excel skills
- Attention to detail is essential
- Some HR experience would be preferred but not essential
- Not essential but ideally has worked within a construction environment
Working for a family run company that is continually growing and investing in the business and people, you will be responsible for overseeing payroll, PAYE & NIC, day to day management of sales and purchase ledgers, bank reconciliations and management accounts.
We are a growing company and are continually investing in our staff with training and development and we are looking for someone to grow with us that is able to use initiative and has a strong all round knowledge of accounting administration.
