This company are currently operating supported housing services for rehabilitating ex-offenders that have left a prison setting. The service ensures the instilling of independent living skills, positive wellbeing and personal development within ex-offenders, working towards their bettering of life and prevention of repeat offending.
The Opportunities: - Housing Management Workers will be working full-time; 35 Hours Monday to Friday 9-5, 1 hour unpaid lunch
- Competitive pay rates; Housing Management Workers are paid £17.21 (Umbrella), per hour. You will also be paid £0.45 per mile for travel between services.
- Contract length will be 3-months before prospective extension and/or permanence.

- Clients 16+ with support needed, 16-25 will traumatic backgrounds, often with little family support
The Responsibilities: - As a Housing Management Worker, you will be required to manage rent account monitoring, weekly contact, Health and safety and repairs management for property, void turn around, carrying out assessments, risk assessments and support plans, multi-agency working.
The Requirements: - Housing Management Worker s must be someone with a valid driver s license and access to a vehicle, and either already have or obtain business/commercial insurance for said vehicle.
- Must hold a valid Enhanced DBS (Adults & Children)
- Proactive and able to use their own initiative to manage a caseload.
- Previous experience or knowledge of social/supported housing processes is essential.
- The ability to support others in their tenancy sustainment and income management.
