SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join the team on a Permanent basis This is a challenging yet rewarding role offering an opportunity to work in a newly created, fast paced and forward-thinking team. Working in purchase ledger, you will play a pivotal role in the business, forming long standing and highly valued relationships with the customers. Key Responsibilities:
- Purchase invoicing, coding & matching PO numbers
Statement reconciliations, investigate and correct discrepancies
Keeping supplier file maintenance up to date and setting up new supplier accounts
- CIS returns
Office based position in a relaxed open plan environment
Manage shared email inbox
Good IT skills, self motivated and excellent communication skills are essential
