Our client in the Wednesbury area is looking for a Bulk Oil Administrator to join their fun and vibrant team due to continued business growth!

Role & Responsibilities:
- Ensure any delivery issues are responded to as soon as possible.
- Communicate with the Weighbridge booking and the planning team.
- Maintain bulk oils and fats booking in sheets daily.
- Schedule daily bulk oil requirements
- Ensure deliveries are booked onto the system in a timely manner, to ensure invoices are raised in the same week.
- Assist in queries regarding invoices, booking and pricing.
- Check haulage invoices for accuracy and communicate with Operations for invoice Sign off
- Lease with accounts ensuring payments and queries are dealt with promptly.
- Assist with general enquiries/ admin assistance within the bulk oil supply chain department.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Access (not desirable as training will be provided)
- Excellent communication skills via face-to-face, emails, teams and telephone
- Proficient with MS Excel, e.g. Pivot Tables and V-Lookups.
- Ability to work independently and self-manage your daily tasks.
- Excellent attention detail
