Key duties
- Ensuring clients receive a same-day response to all queries
- Ensuring client 'ticketing' system is clear at the end of every day
- Providing full administrative support to the helpdesk and the operations team
- Occasional minute taking in client meetings
- Leadership and overseeing of the day-to-day running of the office and helpdesk team
What you'll need to succeed - Exceptional initiative and a self-starter attitude
- Experience in administration, customer service or helpdesk roles
- Experience in manufacturing/engineering is preferred but not essential
