We are looking for a Repairs Planner to join the team of a well established organisation in the Birmingham area, on a temporary basis. This role is offering a great opportunity to gain more experience in a reputable company whilst working in a friendly team.
Repairs Planner
Monday to Friday/ 35 hours
15-17ph paid weekly via umbrella
Birmingham based
Temporary basis
As a Repairs Planner, you will be in charge of:
- Scheduling out out of hour and reactive maintenance work
- Liaising with tenants regarding work orders
- Managing engineers diaries and allocating work
- Dealing with fleet vehicles and transport
- Raising purchase orders and ensuring accuracy
To be succesful as a Repairs Planner, you will need:
- Previous experience in a similar role ( Repairs scheduler/ ppm coordinator/ works planner/ service delivery coordinator etc)
- Ability to liaise with contractors and tenants
- Ability to work in office 5 days a week
