Cafe Manager£32k Godalming DaytimesThe ClientOur client are a fantastic charity in Godalming currently looking for a Cafe Manager for their onsite Cafe serving residents, families and Staff.
The RoleThe cafe services Approx 30 covers, and self-service. Opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 4pm, with two Saturdays per month and one evening per month.
The client are offering up to £32k per annum for the role, based on 37.5 hours per week.

ResponsibilitiesAs Cafe Manager You will be an experienced, proactive, supportive and organised Manager and be a champion for great customer experience and inclusion. You will encourage those the charity support whilst embracing
opportunities to engage members of the community.
- To plan, coordinate and deliver, all operational, managerial café
duties. You will ensure that the café delivers a great customer experience, keeps to budget and is fully
compliant with food standards requirements, together with adhering to in-house financial and reporting
procedures.
RequirementsAs Cafe Manager an ideal candidate will have
• Experience of working with people who have disabilities
• Be Willing to undergo DBS Check
• Experience of leading a team
• Catering Experience
• Proficient in I.T
Desirable:
• Full Driving Licence
