Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience
* Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services
* Support the procurement team with administrative tasks, including:
* Requesting and processing quotes from suppliers
* Tracking purchase orders and deliveries
* Managing supplier databases and documentation
* Assisting with invoice processing
* Maintain office supplies and ensure the reception area is organized
* Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
* Handle general office administration as required
Requirements:
* Fluent in both English and Afrikaans (written and spoken)
* Previous experience in reception, administration, or procurement preferred
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Professional, approachable demeanour with excellent communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
* Knowledge of procurement processes is an advantage
