1. Implement Speedaf South Africa standards and procedures at all times
2. Develop and implement service initiatives to improve the customer experience
3. Build awareness of the importance of the customer service function in the branch
4. Manage daily customer complaints and ensure timeously resolution
5. Ensure the provision of timeous, accurate and relevant information to all our customers, internal and external, ensuring that quality service is offered at all times
6.Ensure the problem shipment report is attended to and handled adequately by staff on a daily basis
