· Install and configure PCs and software components for optimal usability.
· Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
· Repair or replace damaged hardware and manage server support.
· Set up employee profiles, maintain printers, and perform daily backups.
· Data recovery
· Install and upgrade anti-virus software, evaluate new software and hardware.
· Provide first-line support, manage technical documentation, and establish strong inter-departmental relationships.
Candidate Requirements:
· IT-related qualification (A+, N+, MCSE certification preferred).
· 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, with a solid understanding of Microsoft Server and Desktop software.
· Strong fault-finding skills and experience with network printers.
· Own transport required.
