Our Client requires Portuguese Speaking Call Center Representatives to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires effective communication skills, patience, and a customer-first mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products, services, or company policies.
- Resolve customer issues by clarifying problems, determining the cause, and offering solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, including the nature of the call, inquiries, and outcomes.
- Follow up on customer issues when necessary to ensure resolution.
- Work closely with other departments to assist with special projects or tasks as needed.
- Meet or exceed call center performance metrics, such as call handling time, customer satisfaction, and call quality.
