Hesto Harnesses is looking for a dynamic and energetic candidate to join Rework department.
· Ensure to get the priority shipment schedule from Ford
· Ensure manning is per manpower requirements
· Monitor absenteeism daily and co-ordinate effective allocation of transition operators
· Verify and sign stores requisitions before authorisation by superior
· Ensure subordinates adhere to set procedures and abide by the code of conduct and department rules
· Follow-up on defects and implement countermeasures to reduce defects
· Conduct disciplinary action in accordance with company policy
· Audit at least 30% employee’s files per week
· Perform weekly checks using layered audit check sheets
· Ensure employees have the right tools and PPE
· Matric/NQF Level 4 (Essential)
· NQF Level 6/ Diploma/ Degree in Operations/ Production Management or relevant M 3 qualifications (Essential)
· NQF Level 5 in Leadership Development Programme (Advantageous)
· 3-5 Years’ experience in similar position/ Team Leader (Essential)
· 4-5 Years’ experience in Harness Manufacturing (Essential)
· Person who can understand and practice ISO/TS16949 and IS014001
