A very well-established Medical and Private Hospital sector company is looking for a Financial Manager who is ideally a qualified CA with 8 years' accounting experience as well as managing a team.
Required profile and experience
- BCompt/honours + Articles or
- CA.SA or
- Process engineer + MBA with strong accounting/systems exposure
- 8 to 10 years of financial manager experience.
- Must have managed a financial department and staff
- Strong understanding of financial systems and the ability to implement systems in a new business environment.
- Must be able to manage staff and work closely with the hospital manager.
- Experience in the medical environment is an advantage.
Required attributes
- Must be very organised and deadline-driven.
- Must have a commercial approach to executing all their functions. Must be able to confidently interact with the directors in managing all financial and reporting aspects of the business.
- Looking for a very hands-on type of person who is looking to work in a professional informal environment.
- Must be able to work on his own and be able to deal with the demands of a fast-changing environment.
