Senior Bookkeeper sought for a manufacturing client in Bellville, Cape Town. 10+ years of experience in finance, admin, and HR administration required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee finance department, reporting to Financial Manager
- Full senior bookkeeping to balance sheet and general ledger management
- Cash management, bank and credit card statement reconciliation
- Bank reconciliation, fixed asset register maintenance
- General ledger and balance sheet reconciliations, discrepancy resolution
- Month-end reconciliations, variance analysis
- Accounts payable and receivable, audit support, tax compliance
Requirements:
- Matric and financial certificates or degree advantageous
- 10+ years of senior bookkeeping experience
- Experience in financial reporting and payroll, SAGE software
- Full FOREX and foreign currencies experience, imports and exports
- Full debtors and creditors management experience, credit controller experience
