Generate weekly and monthly financial reports covering DSO, brands, revenue, margins, cash flow, and more
Conduct regular revenue reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data
Perform reconciliations for balance sheets, facilities, and other accounts
Manage cost reporting by inputting costs
Execute various journal entries as needed
Supervise commission calculations, payroll journals, accruals, prepayments, inter-company balances, client overpayments, and transaction uploads
Review and authorize payment schedules
Communicate with banks on various financial matters
Prepare detailed reports in Excel for all UK brands
Comments on budget variances and movements
Develop quarterly budgets
Lead and manage a small accounting team (currently 2 members)
Skills & Experience:
Completed articles or ACCA or CIMA
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Financial Manager or similar role
Worked in a Multinational or Multicurrency company
Knowledge of UK tax laws and statutory, highly beneficial
Ability to navigate a high volume and fast-paced environment
Qualification:
Relevant Tertiary Degree
Completed Articles or CIMA/ACCA
Professional designation with a recognized accounting body
