Marketing Manager
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales and profitability for the company's food retail division. They lead a team of marketing professionals to execute campaigns, promotions, and initiatives that enhance brand visibility, attract customers, and drive product awareness and demand.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to drive foot traffic and sales.
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and sales, to ensure alignment on marketing strategies and objectives.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using KPIs to track progress and optimize strategies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
Desired Experience & Qualifications
3 to 4 years experience as a Brand / Marketing Manager for a Retail Brand.
Marketing Degree.
