Duties: - Lead the preparation of monthly financial reporting, including journal processing, balance sheet reconciliations, and consolidation
- Oversee the accounts payable cycle, ensuring accuracy and timely sign-off
- Develop monthly cash flow forecasts and actively participate in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Serve as a company secretary, ensuring compliance across the group
- Manage reporting packs and coordinate external audit processes
- Direct the annual preparation of Annual Financial Statements (AFS) and handle tax computation and submission
- Monitor investee performance on a monthly basis
- Play a key role in valuation preparation and review
- Manage covenant monitoring and debt management processes
Job Experience & Skills Required: Qualifications: - Matric (Grade 12)
- BCom Accounting
- BCom Honours
- CIMA or ACCA or SAIPA
Experience: - Minimum of 5 years' commercial experience, with at least 3 years in a senior accountant role and financial manager experience
- Exceptional Microsoft Office Suite skills, with a focus on Excel
- Preferably, experience in a holding company or diverse group setting
- CaseWare knowledge highly advantageous
