Job Title: WFM Forecasting and Scheduling Analyst
Location: Cape Town, South Africa (CBD)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: R20,000 - R25,000 (Monthly)
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain accurate forecasting models to predict staffing needs based on historical data.
- Create and manage efficient scheduling for the team to optimize coverage and align with business objectives.
- Monitor real-time performance metrics and adjust schedules as needed to maintain service levels.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment of scheduling with overall business goals.
- Analyze performance and provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel and other relevant tools to generate reports and present findings to management.
- Stay updated on WFM trends and best practices to continuously improve the forecasting and scheduling processes.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel including advanced functions and data analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years and maximum of 20 years of experience in WFM or a related field.
- Experience in forecasting and scheduling, with a focus on real-time performance metrics.
- Familiarity with scheduling software and workforce management tools is a plus.
