About the Role
This role is made for someone with 5-7 years of experience who’s a powerhouse in content strategy, social media management, and client relations. You’ll be the go-to for managing big-name clients across platforms, reporting on progress, and planning content with the future in mind.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage content calendars for various channels (PESO), building robust strategies that work across platforms
- Proficient in Sprinklr and social media programs for managing executive accounts and corporate pages with flair
- Confidently manage high-profile clients, including regular communications, meetings, and reporting
- Manage budgets, develop paid ads/boosted posts, and drive big-picture strategies for both consumer and business brands
- Stay ahead of trends, write articles, post on LinkedIn, and represent the agency as an industry leader
- Mentor a Social Media Coordinator and help build out our digital/social team
- Deliver annual reports, analyze metrics, and make data-driven recommendations
- Support in new client pitches to expand our portfolio
