2 Years minimum relevant experience in administration Compliance experience will be an added advantage MS Office efficiency Relevant payment system experience will be an added advantage Matric or NQF equivalent qualification is essential. Relevant tertiary qualifications will be an added advantage. Sufficient knowledge of banking environment and payments solutions will be an added advantage. Proficiency in MS Office Resolve compliance related enquiries Extract of management information and compiling of reports Ensure timelines are met according to internal policies and procedures Draft and update internal policies and procedures Conduct general administration duties Data capture and dissemination Updating statistics & reports and compile management reports Conducting spot checks on mandates Assisting clients with rectifying incorrect mandates and with the implementation thereof Listen to mandates and determine compliance status Conduct risk assessment on new applications Monitoring first transaction processed on new users Compile monthly compliance reports Update CRM system after customer engagements Competencies/ Knowledge/ Skills: Excellent organising ability and administrative skills Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times Attention to detail and accuracy Meeting Customer Expectations Planning and organizing Analysing Deciding and Initiating Action Writing and Reporting Delivering Results Intermediate/advanced excel skills
