As the first point of contact for their spa guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Your responsibilities will include handling reservations, greeting guests, managing inquiries, and coordinating spa services seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities: - Greet guests warmly and assist them with check-ins and check-outs.
- Manage spa reservations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries regarding spa services and bookings.
- Maintain a clean and organized spa reception area.
- Coordinate with spa therapists to ensure smooth guest flow and service delivery.
- Upsell additional services and products offered by the spa.
Requirements: - Proven experience as a Spa Receptionist or similar role in a high-end hospitality environment, with recent experience using Opera software.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and handle stressful situations calmly.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per lodge operations.
- Knowledge of spa treatments and products is a plus.
