Our client is seeking an experienced Front Office Attendant to join their team at their prestigious 5-star lodge. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in lodge reception, with recent experience using the Opera system.
Key Responsibilities: - Answer and direct telephone calls.
- Assist with guest queries and resolve complaints.
- Manage reservations, including making adjustments as needed.
- Process payments and compile invoices for guest stays.
- Conduct daily reporting and handovers.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs.
Requirements: - Recent experience with Opera System (minimum 1 year).
- At least 3 years of experience in a lodge reception role.
- Polite, friendly, and able to think on your feet.
- Well-spoken and well-presented individual.
- Strong administration skills.
- Grade 12 and computer literate.
