Are you a seasoned Talent Acquisition Lead with proven success in language and international recruitment? We want you to join our dynamic team at SA Commercial.
Key Responsibilities includes but not limited to: - Language & International Recruitment: Source, screen, and hire candidates with diverse language skills and international backgrounds.
- Niche & Bulk Recruitment: Developing and implementing effective strategies for both niche and bulk recruitment.
- Headhunting Strategies: Leverage proven headhunting skills to identify and engage passive candidates and ensure a competitive edge in securing top talent.
- Full Cycle (360) Process: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- ATS Management: Streamline and enhance the recruitment process by managing the ATS, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
- Platform & Social Media Management: Building a strong employer brand, engage with potential candidates, and stay abreast of industry trends.
- Oversee/Manage the recruitment function whilst reporting into the HR Lead.
Requirements: - Diploma/bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent.
- Minimum of 5 – 7 years proven experience in full cycle (360) process including offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Demonstrated success in both niche and bulk recruitment strategies.
- Proven expertise in headhunting strategies.
- Proficiency in managing ATS and utilizing it to optimize the recruitment process.
- Proven experience in platform and social media management for recruitment purposes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
