+-3yrs Experience in a Financial Administration role. MS Office, Excel, Outlook, Word, Outlook Knowledge and experience working with VAT. Reconciliations Filing of records Prepare necessary payment documents are prepared and and is accurate. Ensure payment advises are submitted to finance timeously for loading. Supply project financial information to Support Managers to compile Funders and company Reports. Attend to queries from suppliers and clients Set up monthly progress meetings with clients and ensuring that reports are compiled. BOOKKEEPING Reconcile bank statements Reconcile suppliers accounts Reconcile Bank statements Ensuring income statements are generated and processed. Administrative fees for services provided to contactors. Ensuring that the funders loan / accounts is paid when the contractor is paid on receipt of payment certificates. Ensuring that the debtors book remains within 30 days, and ensuring escalating problems. Minutes of client meetings Assisting CSM wit Pre-Screen Packs. Sales Administration - Assist with obtaining application documents.
