Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage a robust sales pipeline, tracking progress and ensuring timely follow-up on leads. - Networking:
Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company and generate new business leads. - Collaboration:

Set and achieve sales targets, providing regular reports on progress and performance to senior management. - Proposal Development:

Requirements:
- Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in new business development, preferably within the healthcare or recruitment sector. - Track Record:
Proven track record of successfully securing new clients and meeting or exceeding sales targets. - Communication Skills:
