Applicants must have the following requirements:
Must have a Degree in Human Resources Management or Human Resources Development.
Must have an Occupationally Directed Education Training and Development Practices Certificate.
Must be registered with the relevant bodies.
Must have 4 - 6 years of experience in Learning and Development.
Must have knowledge of good corporate governance practices.
Must have knowledge of skills development legislation like SDLA, SDA, LRA, EEA, B-BBEE, and SAQA Act.
Must have knowledge of the National Skills Development Strategy
Must have knowledge of the industry mandate of Conservation and Tourism
