Meet/liaise with clients Manage a portfolio of accountsReceive briefs/debriefs on projectsAttend status meetings at various businessesKeep a detailed list of projects on the go with timelines/deadlinesCompile quotations to be approved by management before sending on to clientManage projects from start to finish i.e. Follow up with studio/client to ensure deadlines are met Engage in project management duties Attend meetings with clients (when required) Maintain good relationships with clients Assist with writing client reports Assist with traffic and driving work in studio Undertake administration tasks related to the client portfolio
Qualifications
A relevant tertiary qualification Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Account Executive in an Advertising Agency Proficient in MS Word (i.e., Word / Excel / PowerPoint) Well versed in Digital A good command of the English & Afrikaans language (both verbal and written) CRM experience Strong presentation skills Strong organisational and administration skills Strong Strong multi-tasking skills (ability to work on more than one brief at any given time) Business savvy with strong numerical skills Ability to grasp concepts, systems and processes Understand customer journeys and maps Advantageous:An understanding of Marketing Automation/Technology (Martech)FMCG, retail experienceFinancial services/Insurance account experience
