Hire Resolve is seeking a highly experienced and talented Senior Account Manager to join our client’s team in Durban. As a Senior Account Manager, you will have a proven track record of success in account management and a deep understanding of the industry.
Responsibilities:
Act as a strategic partner to clients by understanding their business models, objectives, and challenges. Provide proactive marketing insights and recommendations. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met and exceeded. Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with client goals and objectives. This includes managing SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, and email campaigns. Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients, highlighting key metrics, insights, and areas for improvement. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing. Apply this knowledge to enhance client strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Account Manager, Account Executive, or in a similar agency role is essential. A qualification in Digital Marketing or a related field is advantageous. In-depth understanding of digital marketing services and how they interconnect. Strong grasp of Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO, Social Media (both organic and paid), WordPress, and Mailchimp. Ability to analyse and interpret data to attribute success to marketing efforts and inform future strategies. Experience in managing client budgets and ad spend budgets effectively. Ability to understand client needs, business models, and objectives; proactive in offering marketing insights.
